A new study from the Harvard School of Public Health points to more than 5,000 men over a ten-year period to examine the statistical correlations between weight loss, weight gain and breakfast consumption.
Study results show that no breakfast is directly related to an increase of about 10 pounds over a ten-year period.
Men who ate breakfast regularly were much less likely to achieve weight compared to men who did not overeat the same period.
What this study indicates is just a way to increase thermogenesis through more frequent meals.
